Role Purpose:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker with experience working with offenders or ex-offenders to join a dynamic team delivering tailored support to individuals with complex needs who are on probation or transitioning from custody. This is an impactful opportunity to support rehabilitation, build brighter futures, and reduce reoffending by helping participants gain skills, confidence, and pathways into employment and training.
This varied and meaningful role will see you delivering a mix of one-to-one coaching and group activity facilitation, designed to improve life skills, social interaction, and employability.
