The EVS Technician supports a major hospital facility by performing thorough cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, including work in surgical and treatment areas and participation in terminal cleaning procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, including surfaces, floors, and fixtures, following hospital protocols and infection control standards.
+ Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, waiting areas, and restrooms to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
+ Conduct general discharge cleaning of patient rooms after patients leave, ensuring rooms are properly prepared for new admissions.
