Supervises day-to-day Environmental Services operations for Memorial Medical Center, ensuring assigned buildings and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and operationally effective condition. This role supports EVS department backfill and growth needs by overseeing staff schedules, timekeeping, daily rounds, supplies, service recovery, issue resolution, productivity, and adherence to Sutter standards, TJC requirements, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, supporting hiring and performance management processes, maintaining training and competency expectations, coordinating with other departments, identifying workflow gaps, and implementing standard work or process improvements. The supervisor monitors labor utilization and expenses, escalates complex concerns, supports emergency response as needed, and may assist the team during peak periods.
