Texas Health Resources seeks an innovative and execution-oriented Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to help shape the next generation of healthcare delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, the CSO will lead enterprise strategy while driving the transformation initiatives that position Texas Health for long-term growth, operational excellence, and industry leadership.

The Chief Strategy Officer will oversee enterprise functions including strategic planning, strategy and market development, information technology, enterprise analytics, product development, and strategic transformation.
