Operations Coordinator

Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of operations. Acts as a bridge between strategic areas and operational execution, implementing approved demands without involvement in commercial negotiations or revenue definition.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the proper execution of services.
  • Plan and monitor schedules, resources, and operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Act as an interface with areas such as Product, Procurement, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute formally approved requests, including services with an issued PO (purchase order).
  • Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous process improvements.
