Events Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive to join our Harrods Events Team.

About the Role

The role of the Events Executive is hands‑on and covers a multitude of areas. You will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of PR, marketing and brand events in line with the global events, PR & marketing strategy and seasonal calendar. This role will lead and deliver multiple event strategies and project plans simultaneously, following the approval of event briefs, and ensuring that these meet the planned objectives. They will also ensure that event‑related administrative and operational tasks run smoothly, and maintain constant communication between all internal and external teams involved in the project. The position works closely with the Events Managers to support all team members, where required, and nurture direct reports, members and interns.
