Events Coordinator

Position Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing RED Mountain Resort’s year-round calendar of events. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that enhance the RED brand, increase visitation, support revenue generation, and strengthen community engagement.

This position combines event strategy with hands-on execution and requires an organized, collaborative individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively with internal departments, sponsors, volunteers, community partners, and third-party event organizers.
