The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in establishing the hotel as a premier destination for memorable experiences. This position is responsible for coordinating client‑booked events and proactively creating signature hotel events that showcase the property, attract guests, and strengthen brand visibility. The role requires creativity, organizational excellence, and strong collaboration across departments to deliver events that reflect the hotel's luxury standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Event Creation & Guest Attraction
- Conceptualize and organize hotel‑initiated events (e.g., themed dinners, cultural showcases, wellness retreats, seasonal celebrations) to attract guests and enhance brand reputation
