Team Overview:
The Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for Hospitality, Events Management, Facilities Management and Capital Projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide general event support to the Events Manager as directed.Oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations for events including maintaining budget, guided by the Event Manager. Menu development over time with experience.Coordinate meeting room set up and breakdown according to event requirements.Attend and contribute to weekly event meetings. Collaborate with the facilities and IT/AV teams as needed.Process vendor payments in a timely manner and maintain records of costs for all food and beverage orders, with support from the Event Manager.Supervise external event support staff and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.Oversee meeting room bookings.Provide reception coverage for hosp...
