Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for an Events Associate. The Events Associate will coordinate and manage events hosted at Hatch + Hoolman Studio, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional attendee experience. Responsibilities include planning event logistics, engaging with clients, managing schedules, maintaining event materials, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and attendees.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and attendees
- Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Management to ensure seamless execution of events
- Knowledge in current market trends.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple events and ensuring client satisfaction
