**Role purpose**

Support the management of corporate events. Administer the payment process and contracting of suppliers.

**Main Activities**

+ Support coordination and logistics of corporate events, such as CEO Roadshows, How We Lead Conferences, Convention, etc.
+ To ensure the best and more appropriate suppliers are hired according to the event.
+ Support the planning of the events to obtain the best costs and results in the operation.
+ Manage complex calendar
+ Manage travel and expenses and ensure travel logistics align with the bank process and policies.
