Summary

Event Set-up and Tear-down personnel assists in converting the ice rink into a stage for shows and performances and turn it back into an ice rink for hockey games. This is a shift work position over the day, evening, and week-end.


Job responsibilites

  • Remove the boards and glass around the ice rink and install the floor as required

  • Assist in setting-up the stage for performances

  • Fasten parts together using bolting and riveting equipment or other fastening and joining devices and perform minor adjustments as required

  • Remove and stack chairs and benches and transport them to the storage area

  • Operate dollies to transport or position larger parts as required

  • Clean the grounds after the performances
