About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Event Project Coordinator to support a major upcoming brand launch event and company milestone celebration.

This is a full-time remote role focused on vendor sourcing, project planning, and event execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in project coordination or event planning and thrives in managing timelines, logistics, and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Vendor Coordination

• Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors (venue, catering, production, décor, marketing materials, etc.)
• Manage vendor communications, contracts, and deliverables
• Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and milestones are met
