Event Programme Director

A leading event organising company specialising in both local Malaysian and international events is looking for a highly capable and experienced Programme Director to lead and ensure the smooth execution of our events.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of all events.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, VVIP, Speakers and Foreign representatives.
• Ensure all programmes run efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in event management or programme coordination.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
