The Amazon Delivery Experience (ADX) Events team is seeking a seasoned Event Program Manager to own and drive the strategy and execution of significant event workstreams within the ADX event portfolio. This role requires expertise in program management and the proven ability to apply that expertise to various event disciplines (e.g., content program management, expo planning, post-event analytics, etc.) You will operate with considerable autonomy both in program planning and onsite execution, leading critical workstreams during live events while maintaining high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven history of running events or related workstreams with operational excellence, can work through complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, represent owned programs to senior leadership with poise and sophistication, and anticipate and navigate roadblocks before they become issues.
