What You'll Do:

• Plan, manage, and execute events end-to-end—from conceptualization to on-ground coordination
• Ideate unique event themes, concepts, and design directions based on client briefs and brand tone
• Create visually stunning moodboards, lookbooks, and reference decks to present to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with decor designers, stylists, and production teams to bring creative visions to life
• Prepare professional client-facing presentations and pitch decks (PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides)
