Prepare, inflate and quality check balloons and event decor before dispatch Execute onsite event setup, installation and teardown Support delivery loading, packing and equipment handling Coordinate event logistics, timelines and setup requirements Liaise with internal teams, vendors and venue contacts for smooth execution Monitor event setup standards and troubleshoot onsite issues independently Maintain inventory of balloons, materials, tools and event equipment Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality control requirements Support warehouse and fulfilment operations when required Assist in post-event dismantling, returns and equipment recovery
