Event Operation Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an Event Operations Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize platform-wide promotional
events and campaigns. This role focuses on driving user engagement, activation, retention, and revenue
growth through structured event operations and data-driven optimization. The position works cross-
functionally with product, technology, marketing, CRM, and business teams to ensure campaigns are delivered
efficiently and perform against defined objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented, data-aware, and experienced in managing multiple
concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced online platform environment.
