Responsibilities:

• Event Conceptualization & Execution: Design and manage launches, open houses, and expos aligned with brand identity and regional sales goals.

• Brand Activation Planning: Develop campaigns that elevate SMDC’s brand presence; collaborate with marketing for consistent messaging.

• Merchandising Strategy: Plan and deploy merchandising initiatives at project sites, broker offices, and events.

• Broker & Buyer Engagement: Create incentive programs, recognition events, and exclusive previews; enhance buyer experience through activations.

• Systems Diagnostics & Solutions: Optimize CRM and event registration tools; troubleshoot activation workflows and improve processes.

• Performance & ROI Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and conversion rates; manage activation budgets efficiently.
