Responsibilities
*Participate in external and internal project management activities and work-in-progress meetings.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing the day-to-day needs for hybrid, live, and virtual events.
*Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers.
*Co-ordinate all aspects of the event management process, from ideation to execution.
*Develop comprehensive event proposals, including timelines, budgets, venue and supplier details, and staffing plans.
*Ensure timely dissemination of all project documentation to relevant stakeholders.
*Conduct pre and post-event evaluations, reporting on outcomes and taking initiative with implementing improvements.
*Manage onsite production crews, suppliers, and temporary staff effectively.
