MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Event Management.
• With at least 1-3 years' experience on the same field.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Strategy: Define event goals, understand client needs, brainstorm ideas, create schedules, and manage timelines.
• Budget Management: Develop budgets, track expenses, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness .
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Source and liaise with venues, caterers, entertainers, technical teams, and other service providers.
• Marketing & Promotion: Promote the event to the target audience, manage branding, and drive attendance.
