1. Event Ideation & Conceptualisation

Develop creative event concepts aligned with UB City’s lifestyle, luxury & cultural positioning.

Identify trends in art, fashion, food, music, luxury experiences, etc., and convert them into unique event ideas.

2. Event Property (IP) Management

Strategically manage and enhance legacy events to maintain consistency and quality.

Build new event properties that can be scaled annually or seasonally.

Work with brands, designers, artists and partners to co-create compelling experiences.

3. End-to-End Planning & Execution

• Own full-cycle event delivery: concept design, venue planning, operations, permits, vendor & artist coordination.

• Ensure execution excellence with attention to detail, guest experience, safety, logistics & timelines.

4. Budgeting & Financial Performance

• Prepare and manage event budgets; ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.<...
