Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Setting up events in our system (Cvent)

  • Act as the main contact person for the event for the internal requester and Health Care Professionals who are invited to the different events and trainings

  • Divide the new requests that came in, which you will divide before lunch and come together with your team members

  • Answer urgent questions and particularities

  • Attend meetings with our colleagues for the sales departments regarding new requests/events

  • Act as an ambassador for Medtronic in general and the Benelux Sales Office specific

  • Ensure to be compliant with standard Medtronic policies, quality & regulatory procedures, Environment Health Safety & Security rules, Code of Conduct, Household Rules and Core Behaviours
