About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and systems-savvy Operations & Bookings Support Coordinator to support our Booking and Operations Coordinators, as well as provide executive support to the Director.

This role is central to keeping bookings, logistics, and internal systems running smoothly. You'll work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal team members to ensure events are delivered efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Bookings & Administration

  • Manage and maintain email inboxes
  • Assist with bookings management under the direction of the Bookings Coordinator
  • Prepare and send quotes
  • Issue invoices
  • Source suppliers and create purchase orders
  • Collect event information from clients and suppliers and update internal systems

Client & Supplier Support

  • Follow up on quotes with clients
  • Communicate bump-in and bump-out details
