We are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk & Event Support Specialist to provide technical support across IT operations and high-profile events. This role combines hands-on IT troubleshooting with VIP and event technology support, ensuring seamless experiences for both our clients and event attendees across India.
Location : Mumbai | Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Service Desk Operations:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals, primarily on-site.
- Configure and deploy operating systems (Windows 7/8/10/11) via SCCM or Ghost imaging, and manage data transfers.
- Troubleshoot productivity tools like MS Office, antivirus software, and other applications.
- Handle customer interactions, update/close tickets in ticketing systems, and deliver support at customer locations across India.
