Role Overview
The Event Executive manages day-to-day event operations and client servicing, acting as the main liaison between clients, creative teams, and internal operations to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role requires strong coordination skills, responsibility, and on-ground execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients on event requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with creative, design, production, and operations teams
Manage day-to-day event operations, planning, and execution
Prepare and maintain event timelines, task lists, and run-of-show
Attend site recce, rehearsals, and event days
Ensure client changes and feedback are communicated clearly and promptly
Support post-event reporting and wrap-up
