- Answer telephone calls, emails, and online reservation requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations using the restaurant reservation system (OpenTable, SevenRooms, ResDiary, or similar).
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as requested by guests.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.
- Coordinate table assignments with the Restaurant Manager and Host/Hostess.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating during busy periods.
- Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and special dining requests.
- Inform guests about restaurant policies, opening hours, dress code, and promotions.
- Maximize table occupancy while minimizing wait times.
- Follow up on no-shows and reservation confirmations when required.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
