Job Description
Answer telephone calls, emails, and online reservation requests promptly and professionally.Manage reservations using the restaurant reservation system (OpenTable, SevenRooms, ResDiary, or similar).Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as requested by guests.Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles.Coordinate table assignments with the Restaurant Manager and Host/Hostess.Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating during busy periods.Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and special dining requests.
