Job Overview

The Event Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing a portfolio of peer‑to‑peer fundraising events, including Parkinson Canada SuperWalk, SuperMom Walk/Run, Pedaling for Parkinson’s, Growling Beaver, and Fundraising Your Way (third‑party fundraising), which are primarily aimed at raising funds for Parkinson Canada. This role involves overseeing all logistical aspects of the events, building relationships with participants, donors, sponsors, and volunteers, and ensuring that financial targets are met. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, creative, and skilled at relationship building, with a passion for fundraising.
