Your main accountabilities will be:
- **Provide and ensure timely and effective support and coordination of both regional and national external events**
- Securing contract process and timely contract filing and documentation incl. speaker agreements, consultancy agreements, vendor agreements, collaboration agreements, creating PO’s, planning and tracking budgets, and ensuring that signing of contracts in COUPA and DocuSign is done within timelines.
