Job Description
The core responsibility of event planning is to oversee the entire process from start to finish, ensuring the achievement of event goals, smooth execution, and efficient resource utilization. This can be divided into three phases:
Pre-event Preparation: Clarify event objectives and budget, develop detailed plans (including流程, personnel allocation, and material lists), coordinate resources such as venues, suppliers, and guests, handle approval procedures, and plan risk management strategies.
On-site Execution: Coordinate staff assignments and on-site operations, control the flow and timing, address any unexpected issues, coordinate various resources to ensure the event proceeds smoothly, and document the现场 (photos, videos, data).
Post-event Review: Organize event data (attendance, conversion effects, etc.), collect feedback from all parties, write a review report to summarize experiences and areas for improvement...
