The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing event logistics, coordinating with customers and vendors, ensuring high levels of customer service, and meeting sales goals. The role involves organizing various aspects of events including budgeting, scheduling, and preparing materials, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Skills in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Relevant experience in event coordination or a related field is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
