Reporting to the Senior Special Events Manager, you will manage logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite operations while assisting with budgeting and event setup. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of live and virtual events, including flagship activations, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Manage schedules, track milestones, and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and vendor contracts.
