Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute events (corporate functions, institutional catering, internal events)
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements, objectives, and expectations
  • Prepare event proposals, timelines, and detailed execution plans
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics from setup to teardown

2. Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
  • Provide professional advice on menu selection, setup, and event flow
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints promptly

3. Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
