JOB DESCRIPTION
The Events Coordinator plays a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's most visible and high‑quality events, including Stampede and other executive‑level experiences. Supporting high‑visibility events across the organization, this role works closely with the Senior Advisor, Executive Leadership Team members, Board Members, vendors, and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery and an elevated guest experience. This is not a traditional desk‑based role; the successful candidate will be highly people‑facing, service‑oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments. On a day‑to‑day basis, the Events Coordinator manages end‑to‑end event logistics from planning through on‑site execution, including vendor and venue coordination, catering, AV/IT, registration, gifting, hospitality services, and detailed timelines and logistics tracking.
