Position Overview

The Public Area Houseperson is responsible for housekeeping tasks assigned in the event centre and promotes a positive image of the event centre to guests and fellow employees. The role requires being pleasant, friendly and courteous, and able to address problems and/or special requests as they arise. The Public Area Houseperson cleans and maintains the appearance of the public areas, restrooms, employee areas, the administrative offices, and other assigned areas while following safety guidelines, policies and procedures to achieve the hotel’s standards of quality.
