Job Description

This role will assist in coordinating with agencies and suppliers, preparing and processing cost estimates and budget documents, managing stock and material logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of activation requirements. During event execution, the BAG Assistant will support on-ground coordination, including ingress and egress monitoring, product and material movement, and compliance with activation schedules. The role will also help consolidate Post-Activity Reports (PARs), photos, and evaluation documents, ensuring that all marketing activities are well documented and closed on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: College Level Experience:

At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in events or brand activation servicing an FMCG company; candidates from merchandising or service industries may also be considered.

Skills:

  • Can communicate well Organized, has a keen eye for details
  • Calm under pressure, can solve problems
