Join our Event & Ticketing Staff team and play a behind‑the‑scenes role in some of the University’s most exciting moments! This position supports a wide range of University‑sponsored events including Orientation programs, Commencement ceremonies, concerts, and performances by visiting and resident artists. Our team also assists with University‑affiliated events such as Greek life programs and special ceremonies.


Event & Ticketing Staff members assist with event setup, ticket scanning, seating guests, distributing programs, and managing crowds. When scheduled in the box office, staff will process ticket sales using the Paciolan Ticketing System, reconcile a cash drawer, answer phones, and complete general office tasks...
