Lead a dynamic team at RONA as an Evening Shift Supervisor. Your management and problem-solving skills will inspire your team and optimize performance in our distribution center.
In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for monitoring team performance and assigning tasks from Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. Use your coaching abilities to train team members while ensuring safety and achieving performance targets.
