Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join our team at John W. Lindsay YMCA in Halifax.

This part-time role focuses on safe, reliable facility operations and guest comfort, supporting a multi-program environment across our Nova Scotia locations. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure pools and related systems operate safely, manage cleaning and supplies, monitor HVAC, and contribute to continuous improvement.
