Evening Kitchen Manager

Summary:

The Night Coach is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations during the evening shift, in support of the Sous Chef (SC) and Head Chef (HC). You will have the autonomy to make key decisions that positively impact guest satisfaction, food quality, and kitchen efficiency. This role involves managing kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and profitability, and upholding high standards in alignment with the HC. You'll also assist the SC and HC with recruitment, training, and development across all kitchen positions.
