Electric Vehicle Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle (EV) Specialist to join our team. As an EV Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex EV systems, including batteries, battery management systems (BMS), inverters, converters, traction motors, and regenerative braking components.

• Diagnostics: Utilize OEM tools to diagnose faults in EV systems and identify root causes of issues.
• Repair: Perform high-voltage safety procedures, isolation testing, CAN diagnostics (Controller Area Network), fault analysis using OEM tools.

You will also be responsible for executing software updates and firmware flashing on ECUs such as fuel mapping ignition timing boost pressure calibration optimal performance economy emissions balance warranty documentation maintenance proactive problem-solving approach lead cross-functional teams train technicians on best practices enhance existing processes ensuring adhere...
