Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a Senior EV Powertrain & Battery Systems Engineer for a startup client in Al Ain, UAE. You will lead the electrical architecture and powertrain development for electric go-karts and prototype EVs, including batteries, BMS, motors and controllers.

Immediate joiners preferred and extensive EV experience is required. The role demands independently delivering complete EV projects, selecting motors, designing battery systems, and working with suppliers for components
