Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage project scope, schedules, cost, risks, and quality commitments.
Hardware and Software development for EV charging and energy storage/conversion NPI or custom solutions.
Maintain and continuously improve internal technical standards, document control processes, and data management systems.
Ensure all engineering outputs comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support pre-sales activities, including providing inputs for System configuration and software architecture, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Work in partnership with the Regulatory team to ensure product compliance with safety and certification standards.
Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
