EV Charging Systems Validation Engineer

Expleo is seeking an experienced EV Charging Systems Validation Engineer to support a leading automotive client in delivering world‑class electric vehicle charging systems. This is a fully on-site role based in Coventry , working at the heart of an advanced engineering environment.

You will play a key role in validating charging systems, vehicle communication protocols, and HV components across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on testing, problem-solving, and working in fast‑paced automotive programmes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with EV charging systems, power electronics, or HV electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of CAN/LIN communication, Ethernet, and automotive diagnostic tools (Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.).
