1. Business & Market Development


  • Achieve revenue and margin growth targets by increasing the customer base across Europe and the assigned international markets.

  • Accelerate the introduction of new, high-value technologies and formulations.

  • Identify, select and develop the distributors, focusing on technically skilled partners capable of managing complex product portfolios.

  • Expand the commercial network in key markets such as Poland, Ukraine, the Ex-Yugoslavian countries and Eastern Europe (excluding Germany, France and Spain, already managed).

  • Scout and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's positioning in both existing and new markets.




2. Sales Network Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Manage Area Managers

  • Report directly to the General Manager.
