Job Description
1. Business & Market Development
- Achieve revenue and margin growth targets by increasing the customer base across Europe and the assigned international markets.
- Accelerate the introduction of new, high-value technologies and formulations.
- Identify, select and develop the distributors, focusing on technically skilled partners capable of managing complex product portfolios.
- Expand the commercial network in key markets such as Poland, Ukraine, the Ex-Yugoslavian countries and Eastern Europe (excluding Germany, France and Spain, already managed).
- Scout and establish new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company's positioning in both existing and new markets.
