Job Description
ThermalWorks is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to act as the technical quality authority across European sites, customer data centers, and internal QA. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of manufacturing, field service, and quality leadership.
The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC/mechanical systems experience, 8D/Six Sigma expertise, and will travel 20–40%. Based in Barcelona, Madrid or Bilbao with strong documentation skills and Spanish fluency.
