Europe – TA Controller

We’re looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional to elevate and continuously refine our recruitment function. This role is focused on raising standards, strengthening processes, and ensuring our hiring approach is efficient, data-driven, and future-ready. This is NOT a recruitment delivery role – this is focussing on the set up and build of a TA function from a strategy point of view.

You will assess how we hire today, define what “excellent” looks like, and implement practical improvements that deliver measurable results.
