KONE is seeking a Performance & Reward Manager to oversee Europe pay and performance frameworks within a 10‑month fixed term, aligning global reward practices with local requirements and EU Pay Transparency readiness.

You will work with HR and business leaders across Europe to drive data-driven pay equity analysis, governance, and performance outcomes, while coordinating with external consultants to ensure compliant, competitive reward programs.
