 Employee is responsible for managing Clients within a defined cluster of countries in a

region

 Employee will be responsible for all Payroll delivery across an identified cluster of

countries in smooth manner

 Expected to review business, processes and keep continuous improvement towards

superior delivery and gain highest client satisfaction in the entire cluster he/she is

responsible for respective cluster country

 Manage team of several country managers/leads and have proper governance and
